Today is the first day of the second week of my four week exercise program. If you’re just joining us, I started this experiment of blogging about my exercise routine in an effort to use “public shame”
as motivation to keep me on course towards getting more exercise during the holiday season. Every day I post whether or not I made reached my goal for that day of hitting the gym. If I don’t make it? Well I get to put a nice big shameful “X” on the chart.
So far things have gone well, I hit all of my goals for last week and I have today off. Below is my planned schedule for this week. As I mentioned earlier, a successful first week, usually gives me an excuse to slack off the next week so this should be interesting to see how I respond.
